Cheese (borrowed from the Portuguese language , queijo ) is a food that is produced by separating the solids in the milk through a process of thickening or coagulation. The process of coagulation is done with the help of bacteriaor enzymes, called rennet. Results from process will be dried, processed, and preserved in various ways. From a variety of milk can be produced cheese products. These products vary cheese milk determined from the type, method of coagulation, temperature, method of cutting, drying , heating, also the process of cheese ripening and preservation. Generally, animals are used as water sources are milk cows . The milk of camels , goats, sheep, horse, or buffalois used on several types of local cheese.
This food is known throughout the world, but allegedly first recognized in the area around the Middle East. Although it can not be certain when the cheese was first discovered, according to legendcheese was first discovered accidentally by a wanderer from the Arabs.
Cheese has almost all the nutrients in milk, such as protein, vitamins, minerals, calcium, and phosphorusbut also fatand cholesterolthat can cause health problems if consumed excessively. The amount of fat content in cheese depends on the type of milk used. Cheese made with whole milk or cream that has been coupled with a fat content, cholesterol and calories are high. Cheese is very useful because it is rich in protein, especially for small children because they require more protein than adults .

Materials:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 4 pieces button mushrooms, sliced
- 20 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- 50 grams of mozzarella cheese

Method to make a delicious cheese omelet:
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet.
